BlueDesks Corporate LLC, doing business as ELC (“ELC,” “we,” or “us”), organizes ELC Annual 2026. These Terms govern your registration for and participation in ELC Annual 2026 and your use of its related event pages and registration features (the “Event Services”). Event-specific ticket, checkout, or participation terms may also apply; if they conflict with these Terms on an event-specific subject, those event-specific terms control. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Code of Conduct applies to participation in the event and its related activities.
By using the Event Services or completing a registration after these Terms are presented to you, you agree to these Terms. If you register or participate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable law. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to optional sponsor marketing or to any use of personal information that requires a separate choice under applicable law.
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may use your registration information to administer the Event Services and events, communicate operational details, verify eligibility, and maintain accurate records. Registration and ticket availability are subject to the terms shown at the point of registration. We may reject or cancel a registration for a legitimate reason, including fraud, nonpayment, capacity, safety, or a material violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct, subject to applicable law and any stated refund rights.
If an Event Service requires payment, the price, payment conditions, cancellation terms, and any refund rules presented during checkout or in the applicable event terms govern that purchase. We may reasonably change event schedules, speakers, venues, or features when needed. If a material change affects a paid registration, we will communicate the options available under the applicable event terms and law.
You may not harass others, impersonate anyone, interfere with the Event Services, post unlawful or infringing material, or access or collect another person’s information without authorization. You must follow the Code of Conduct and reasonable event and venue instructions. We may remove content, restrict access, or remove a participant when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, the Event Services, or legal rights, subject to applicable law.
ELC may offer ways to connect with sponsors of ELC Annual 2026. The current sponsor list is available at https://sfelc.com/annual2026#partners. A sponsor’s appearance on that list does not mean that ELC sends that sponsor every attendee’s information. Where an interaction involves disclosure of your information to a sponsor, we will identify the recipient or make it clear from the interaction, explain the information and intended purposes, and obtain any permission required by law and our applicable sponsor agreement before disclosure.
At an ELC Annual 2026 sponsor booth, sponsor staff will ask whether you want them to scan your badge. If you voluntarily allow the scan, ELC or its event platform may share your name, email address, job title, and company with that sponsor, together with information needed to document the interaction. As explained at check-in, the sponsor may use the information to follow up about its events, products, and services, including by email for marketing, subject to applicable law and the sponsor’s privacy notice. You may decline a scan and still attend the main event. Allowing one sponsor to scan your badge does not authorize sharing with other sponsors.
After receiving information through an authorized interaction or disclosure, a sponsor may contact you for the purposes explained at that point, subject to applicable marketing law and its own privacy notice. Sponsors generally determine their own subsequent marketing communications. ELC remains responsible for its own collection and disclosure activities. Questions or opt-out requests about a sponsor’s subsequent messages may also be directed to that sponsor using the contact details in the sponsor’s privacy notice.
Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the technologies used on our websites, and the choices and rights available to you. We may send communications needed to administer your registration or participation. Optional promotional communications, sponsor disclosures, and analytics or tracking technologies are handled as described in that Policy and any relevant activity notice, with the choices required by applicable law. You may withdraw a consent where the law gives you that right; withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
